Who can stay at Yello!?
We welcome people from all walks of life who are looking for a comfortable, affordable, and hassle-free living solution in Bangalore.
What is the rent and deposit at Yello!?
The rent at Yello! Coliving depends on the room type you choose. We have two options: a twin-share room and a private room. The rent for a twin-share room is 16k + GST per month per person. The rent for a private room is 30k + GST per month per person. The deposit is one month’s rent, which is refundable at the end of your stay.
What are the rules and regulations at Yello!?
There are no strict rules or regulations at Yello! Coliving. We respect your freedom and privacy and expect you to do the same for others.
Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
Yes, you can decorate your room as per your style as long as it does not damage the existing furniture or walls. Please be mindful of the preferences of your room mate and check with them before making any changes.
Do I have to pay brokerage fees?
No, you don’t have to pay any brokerage fees when you book a room at Yello! Coliving. You can book your stay with no hassle or hidden charges.
What is the minimum and maximum stay duration at Yello!? 
We have a lock-in period of 3 months. Which means that once you sign up, you stay with us for at least three months. We have some introductory offers going on. Don’t forget to ask when you get in touch.
What is the pet policy?
We love pets, but unfortunately, we cannot allow them at Yello!. This is because some of our residents may have allergies or preferences that might conflict with having pets around.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can leave anytime by giving us a heads up of one month.
